Loved the location, easy walk to Evian les bains. Well-equipped kitchen, lovely and warm room. Large gym room for pilates. Nice clean pool.

The location was amazing! We were just a few steps away from the stunning lake and within walking distance to the city center. The view of the lake was breathtaking, especially during the New Year's Eve fireworks display. We enjoyed having access to a clean pool and well-equipped gym area. The 3-course pre-booked meal was delicious and reasonably priced.

The balcony was not very inviting and could use some updating. The apartments were also a bit outdated and uninspiring.

We enjoyed staying at a hotel with a location right by the beautiful lake. the comfortable beds were a plus, and the staff was friendly when checking us in over the phone. the buffet-style meal offered plenty of choices and was delicious.

The cleaning products were not provided, and the obstructed view from the room wasn't ideal.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being within an easy walk to local shops and restaurants. We were also able to take a short drive to visit other attractions in the area. Additionally, we loved the well-equipped kitchen area in our room and the large gym room equipped with various machines, which we used for our pilates exercise.

The beds in our room were very uncomfortable, and the bathrooms did not seem properly cleaned, which was disappointing. Additionally, we found that the required chores were extensive and not practical. we felt that the value for lodging was not good, especially considering the high price.

We had a great stay with lovely views of the lake. Best aspects include its prime location in front of the lake, clean and well-maintained hotel facilities, convenient on-site parking, and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices.
